To strangers, friends and family alike, I bid all of you a very wonderful and Merry Christmas!!
In a few hours I am leaving for the Christmas breakfast - do that a couple of hours, head home and cook the nice Standing Rib Roast.
I could kick myself for forgetting to get some horseradish yesterday when I was out and about. Stores are all closed today except convenience stores - which probably aren't going stock horseradish sauce, lol.
Anyway, not going to go into a long entry here, just wanted to send well wishes and warm greetings to everyone,
