* The Pinnacle West Corporation's holdings include the Palo Verde Plant. Their largest affiliate, Arizona Public Service (APS) is the operator and co-owner.
It seems California has an over 31% owned interest in the Palo Verde Nuclear plant.
Why? Because they CANNOT SURVIVE WITHOUT THE POWER COMING FROM THAT PLANT!!!
What are they going to do, BAN the electricity coming from that plant because it is generated and originated in Arizona?!!!

I haven't seen any of THIS on the news!! California could not POSSIBLY ban the power that is generated by ARIZONA - they would suffocate! Rolling blackouts would be a fact of life for them!! ROFL!!!
